Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our organizing services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 7 days of your service session. We will work with you to address your concerns and, if necessary, provide additional organizing time at no extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment: Full refund of any deposit paid
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before your appointment: 50% of deposit may be retained
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: Deposit is non-refundable
  • No-shows without prior notice: Full service fee may be charged

Rescheduling

We offer flexible rescheduling to accommodate your needs:

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred new date and time
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • Multiple reschedules may require a new deposit

Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may add additional days to the refund
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Service Packages

For clients who have purchased service packages:

  • Unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 90 days of purchase
  • Package sessions are non-transferable to other parties
  • Sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase
  • Expired sessions are not eligible for refunds

Exceptions

In certain circumstances, we may offer exceptions to this policy:

  • Documented emergencies or illness
  • Severe weather conditions affecting travel safety
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond your control

Our Cancellation Rights

  • Unsafe working conditions at the client location
  • Staff illness or emergency
  • Severe weather or natural events

In such cases, we will offer a full refund or free rescheduling at your preference.
